We only do private walks. This means we walk one client’s dog(s) at a time.
Yes. Many of our clients adopted animals from rescue groups and most of us also adopted our own animals. We admire and appreciate what you do. We probably wouldn’t be where we are personally and professionally without you. Let us know how we can help and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
There are three options:
- We keep your keys for the duration of the assignment.
- We provide you with a lock box. You put your keys in the box and we hang the lock box somewhere outside your house.
- You hide the key outside your house. Maybe under a rock, hide-a-key, etc. (not recommended).

Yes, yes, and yes.
Dog Walking, Pet Sitting, and Private Boarding.
Absolutely. We do not distribute your information to anyone outside of Big Sky Dogs in any way, shape, or form.
Yes, we carry business liability insurance just like any other business you entrust to work in your home. We are happy to provide proof of our insurance. This is also a good time to point out that we have never had to file a claim for as long as been in business.
Yes. If you are not happy with our service for any reason, your next service appointment of equal or lesser value will be free of charge. If you are still not happy after our second try, we will refund your money. If your regular dog walker forgot to show up one day, the next two walks are on us. If you pet sitter forgot to turn on the porch light or bring in the mail, the next two visits are on us. You get the point.
We prefer that your pet is current on vaccinations. Aside from rabies vaccination, other vaccinations are for your pet’s protection. If your pet is not current with vaccinations at the time service begins, we will not be responsible for any illnesses (s)he contracts if they can be prevented from vaccinations.
